WEEM-2026 continues the series of International Workshops on Electrochemistry of Electrochemically-active Materials. The aim of the workshop is to provide a stimulating environment for in-depth discussion of the state-of-the-art and open challenges in the field, with a particular focus on electroactive systems and their applications.
The scientific programme will consist of keynote lectures, invited and contributed oral presentations, and poster sessions. A substantial fraction of the session time will be devoted to discussion to stimulate intensive scientific exchange and collaboration.
Note for young researchers. Participation of PhD students and early-career scientists is strongly encouraged. A limited number of oral contributions will be reserved for young researchers.
Preliminary information on the intention to participate (including room preference and possible accompanying persons) is welcome and should be sent by e-mail as soon as possible.
For formal pre-registration and accommodation booking, each participant is requested to fill in the official Registration Form available on the WEEM 2026 website.
Detailed information on how to reach Bellamonte (nearest airports, train stations and local connections) will be provided on the WEEM 2026 website and in updated communications. A dedicated section “Transportation” will be available on the main page of the website.
The workshop is organized under the auspices of the WEEM Advisory Board, with the support of the University Ca’ Foscari Venice and international partners.
