International Workshop on Electrochemically-active Materials

Bellamonte, Dolomite area, Alpine region, Italy · 24–29 May 2026
Official language: English · Keynote, invited & contributed talks · Posters

The WEEM 2026 workshop brings together leading scientists and young researchers working on electrochemistry of electroactive materials, with applications in energy storage, electrocatalysis, sensing and related fields.

Detailed information on fees, accommodation and abstract submission is provided in the Second Circular and in the Registration Form.

Scope of the workshop

WEEM 2026 continues the series of International Workshops on Electrochemistry of Electrochemically-active Materials. The meeting is designed as a single-track workshop with plenty of time for discussion, encouraging interaction between senior scientists and young researchers.

  • Conducting and redox polymers, mixed-valence solids, hybrid materials.
  • Electrodes modified with electroactive materials and nanocomposites.
  • Applications in electrocatalysis, sensing, energy storage and conversion.
  • Electrochromic systems, nanomaterials, dissolution, deposition and intercalation processes.
